The German Officers' Predictions
It was difficult to predict the 2007 global financial crisis. Germany, however, did this during the 1940's. At the time of the Second World War, a secret document, written by high-ranking German officers, partly predicted what is happening now. The document claimed that economic difficulties would one day weaken the United States of America. These officers also anticipated that America, weakened by a depression, would one day seek support from Germany and that this would introduce a new world order.
