Towards academic readingUsually researchers do not rely on evidence from only one study. Consistent results mean that different studies produce similar results and allow us to reach more definite conclusions. If different studies that examine the same research question produce mixed or inconsistent results, this means that we cannot draw conclusions until researchers conduct additional studies.
Read this paragraph and answer the question below.
Some researchers found that vitamin C makes children healthier. Other studies did not find any significant relationship between vitamin C and children's health. These results are inconsistent.
