Differences Between Men and Women

Both men and women think that power and influence are important goals. But the way that men and women perceive power and influence may be quite different. The language used by men and the language used by women to achieve these goals may also be entirely different. If we equate differences in gender with differences in perceived goals, then we may also find differences in the way men and women use language to achieve these goals.
